I had to go to the the highest mountain basin before I left to travel the world. I was passenger in a Tourist Cessna with Marja Boon from Mt Cook airport. We saved our travel money for the airfare by hitchhiking. Six months before that, my tutor took me up above Ardmore for a barrel roll , a dive and a loop da loop in a Tiger Moth. He was the teacher in charge of my Education. 1966 Age 18 Stephanie
