Elsthorpe Reserve. It was the place where I had a good cry about my Mother's death. The occasion was the Elsthorpe School Centenary nearby.

I went and sat in the Little St Stevens church on a pew and immediately I heard mum pumping the pedals. Basil Jensen came in quietly and offered me a handkerchief. Jill Jensen took over mum's organ role. She played at mum's funeral.
That was community 1998.
