Trezion is the name of the house that Hepworth lived in. on England's Cornish Coast. Hepworth described this work as a ' new adventure in material' . She made a wire framework, into an open, organic form covered it with plaster to create a shape and surface textures. The plaster was then cast into bronze. The form evokes coiling waves, shifting tides, and the structure of shells.
